It is so important to do a casting. And if you can, just do it. You can do it at our studio, we are cheap.

I remember a teacher in college telling us that he once was shooting a commercial and geting headshots from the talent. When the talent arrive at the set, he came in a wheelchair. The producers did not read the entire back of the headshoot.

But just watching the talent on a test, makes a lot of different at the time of selecting the right talent for your project.
