El Muro de la Hermandad o the Friendship Mural is an art concept created by the artist Enrique Chiu in the México-USA Border on the Tijuana side.

I was visiting Tijuana for the Baja California Film Festival and we were invited to visit, and paint, the wall. Here is a video of the installation.
